Ekta Holistic Centre is a safe and nurturing place for healing and personal growth. Its mission is to bring understanding of healing with yoga, concentrating more on mind, body and soul with a purpose of bringing us inwards; teaching us to listen to the body and observe the mind.
Ekta provides more than 20 classes per week, with various yoga style and time to choose from. The centre is conveniently located at Bandar Puteri, Puchong with ample free parking space around.
Besides yoga classes, the centre also provides healing services as such Reiki, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Shambhala Healing, and Ekta Healing. These services are available by appointments only.
The centre is having a free trial period of 7 days, starting from 24 Apr to 1 May 2011. Also an ongoing promotion of 50% discount on monthly package for early bird customers.
